These terms and conditions apply to all of our services provided through our website. By accessing, using and/or completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use this Site and service. By using this Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms.
Website Information
Tennis Booking Tour is an online platform, created by a team of professional tennis coaches, with a goal to assist tennis players and fans in finding hotels that will serve their needs while participating in tennis tournaments. Athletes professionally engaged in tennis travel constantly, competing in different countries. Our goal is to help tennis players participating in tournaments find a complete travel package including transport, accommodation, dining and coaching support for the entire duration of tournaments around the world. This Site displays information about tennis tournaments, hotels, restaurants, airfares, flight times and dates, tours, packages, insurance, transportation to tennis courts etc.
Tennis Booking Tour.com does not (re)sell, rent out, or offer any (travel) product or service.
Tennis Booking Tour provides an online platform through which Trip Providers such as hotels, restaurants, transport providers etc., can advertise, sell, and promote their products and services for order, purchase, reservation, or hire, and through which the users of our online Platform can discover, search, compare, purchase and place an order or reservation.
Please note that by using our Platform (e.g. by making a hotel reservation), you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with the Trip Provider with which you have chosen to make a reservation. From the point at which you make your Trip Reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Trip Provider. Our Platform transmits all the relevant details of your Trip Reservation to your Trip Provider. Subsequently, we send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Trip Provider.
1. Modification of Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion. The terms of use will be subject to the most recent version published on our Website, so we recommend that you read the Terms of Use available on our Site from time to time, and keep yourselves informed of them.
2. Access and use of the site
You may not use the Website in an abusive or unlawful manner, or in violation of any applicable law or license, or in any way that is contrary to law or morality.
In the light of, but not limited to, the foregoing, you agree that when using the Site it is forbidden to:
(a) publish, republish, transmit, distribute, disseminate or otherwise make available or promote any illegal, defamatory or obscene content, threatening material or information, politically sensitive or discriminatory comments or anything that may constitute a criminal offense or promote violence;

(c) use the Site while impersonating another person; or attempt personal attacks towards the staff of the Trip Provider;
(d) upload any files containing software or other material that infringes our Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) owned by our Company, or any third party without our prior written consent;
(e) upload, publish, transmit, distribute, or dispose of any material that contains viruses, corrupted files or any other code, files, software or programs that may affect, destroy, interrupt, or limit the functionality of our site;
(f) use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose (including, but not limited to, solicitation of funds, advertising or marketing of any kind of goods or services);
(g) make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
Tennis Booking Tour reserves the right to correct, remove or add any material or content on its Website and on the Social Media Networks it manages. Our Platform may, at its sole discretion, delete malicious comments on its Website or on Social Media at any time, and make changes of any kind without notice. We have no obligation to post all the submitted comments; we reserve the right to determine in our absolute discretion which comments are published on the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not provide us with any Submissions.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content, images, videos, trademarks, names, logos, registered trademarks, design rights, and other rights (including rights to software and databases) are the intellectual property of Tennis Booking Tour and its affiliates.

- use the name that you submit in connection with such a Submission.

As the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by Trip Providers, we cannot guarantee all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors regarding rates, fees, prices, availability, or third-party policies displayed on our Platform. We cannot be held responsible for the content, privacy policy, accuracy, compliance with the relevant laws, or the accessibility of any information, data, advice or statements, or the quality of any products or services available on these sites. If you choose to access a link, you do so at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
Access to the Website: We make every effort to ensure that our Website is available 24/7, but we are not responsible if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period of time. Access to the Website may be interrupted temporarily and without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.
Content: We make every effort to ensure that the information contained on our Website is correct, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the content of the Website. Certain material and information on the site is provided by third parties (including airlines, hotels, transportation suppliers etc.), and therefore we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Each Trip Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the content or information (including the rates, fees, prices, policies & conditions, and availability) displayed on our Platform.
The Website, all material and information contained therein, is provided “as is”, without any warranty, express or implied, except as expressly provided by law.
Tennis Booking Tour is not responsible for:
– any direct loss
– any indirect loss, claim, or consequential loss
– any loss of gain or loss of data, directly or indirectly, in any event, whether by contract, tort, negligence liability or otherwise, in any way linked to (i) any use of this Website or its content, (ii) any interruption, failure or delay in use, or inability to use any component of the Website or any service, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of the Website or its services, regardless of the duration of the unavailability.

– any inaccuracy relating to the information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the Trip Provider as made available on our Platform.
– any obvious errors and mistakes (i.e. misprints) or inaccurate personal information (i.e. wrong or misspelled email addresses, or inaccurate phone numbers or credit card numbers).
Tennis Booking Tour does not accept any liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control. We have no responsibility for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routings, or acts of any government or authority.
6. Pricing
The use of our Platform is free of charge. Users only pay the Trip Provider for their reservations (e.g. the room price).
The prices displayed on our Platform include VAT and all other legal taxes, unless stated differently on the confirmation email/ticket. Applicable fees and taxes such as tourist/city tax may be charged by the Trip Provider in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
Please note that many Trip Providers apply special restrictions and conditions, for example non-cancelable and non-refundable reservations or purchases. Before making a reservation or a purchase, carefully read the terms and conditions of the service provided.
The currency converter is for your convenience only, and it should not be relied upon as accurate and real time. Please have in mind that actual rates may vary.
Payments
For Users: Through this website, you will never be asked for your Credit or Debit or Prepaid Card number or any other payment details. Tennis Booking Tour is not a seller of the trip. We do not engage in any online payments. We do not represent either the User or the Trip Provider in their transactions.
If you wish to make a reservation or a purchase, you are redirected through our website to the site of the Trip Provider of your choice, and your credit card is charged according to the terms and conditions of the relevant Trip Provider. We are not responsible for the terms and conditions of the transactions conducted between you and the Trip Provider (including, without limitation, terms regarding payments, pre-payments, cancellations, returns, warranties, taxes, fees etc.). Any claims in respect of the Trip Provider are to be dealt with by the Trip Provider.
For Trainers: Trainers who wish to cooperate with Tennis Booking Tour are subject to a subscription to our Platform. Subscription may be of a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month duration. Your subscription is valid from the date we send you confirmation of your membership and the payment has been completed and onwards. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation in case you have supplied us with an incorrect email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your subscription for any reason.
Methods of payment
• CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Tennis Booking Tour does not process or store any credit card information. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) protocol encryption. Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Tennis Booking Tour welcomes payments via PayPal.
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the PayPal platform.

Please note that your subscription will be validated as soon as your payment is cleared, which may take up to 2-4 business days depending on the banking procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to coaches@tennisbookingtour.com for immediate processing of your subscription.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. Cancellations are not permitted until the end of the initially agreed period (i.e. 3, 6 or 12 months), and we will not issue you with a refund. After this minimum duration, you may cancel your membership subscription at any time.
2. If we do not accept your membership and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full.
For Trip Providers: Trip Providers pay a commission for every reservation made through our Platform. The details of the commission payment shall be agreed upon by virtue of a separate contract between Tennis Booking Tour and the Trip Provider.

Applicable law
This Platform is governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute arising out of the use of this Website, which cannot be resolved in any other way, shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts of Athens.
